I brought this book used and when I received it the book was in a horrible condition. The seller is so wrong for not saying what condition the book was really in. It was falling apart. The seller alluded to the fact that the book was in "good condition" when it was not even close. The book was off the bind as well as pages falling out. The book was dirty and pages were missing. It is really hard to understand a case if pages are missing. I did not return it because I did not have the time to get a different one and I just supplemented by printing out the cases that were missing. When I invest that much money in my legal education I dont mind paying more for a book that will at least do the job. Unconscionable seller! I will make sure I do not purchase from this seller again!
