Love this book. We used the Prosser text first semester, and it was painful! Tons of notes and footnotes within and after the cases. As a 1L, it made my first semester more confusing. This book has none of that. Cases are clear and concise; notes and questions are limited after cases, and there are PROBLEMS (hooray!) to work through after each case to make sure you understand the concept the case exemplified. No supplements needed, and that has to be the best part!!Additionally, this purchase is one of the best I've ever made on Amazon. For less than $30, I received a used law textbook labeled in "good" condition. It truly should have been marked in excellent condition. There is almost no writing in the text, the spine is in excellent condition, and the cover shows very little sign of wear. As a librarian, I can tell that repairs have been made, but considering that the book I rented from the bookstore last semester for 5x as much fell apart on me, I appreciate the repairs. Thank you! I truly hope I can do more business with Shared Knowledge Literacy Foundation. Thank you, Amazon!
