This casebook is just bad, plain and simple. Students, if you were unfortunate enough to have been assigned this casebook, first I lament for you. Second, go find yourself a supplement that will actually teach you the subject matter. For me, Examples & Explanations: Remedies (Fourth Edition) by Richard L. Hasen was incredibly helpful. This casebook is not a good tool for several reasons. One, the cases included in the book feel superfluous. It felt that often times long cases were used to explain topics that weren't particularly important or crucial and should be reduced to a simple note. Second, the "notes" sections that follow the cases include mostly superfluous information as well, none of which helped expand your understanding of the preceding case, nor did they expand on the concepts discussed in those cases. My complaints go on, but I will leave it at this: look elsewhere.
